This document establishes the General Conditions of Use and the General Conditions of Online Sale on the OH, MONDAY website! Navigation on the website and / or purchasing any product through it implies acceptance of these General Conditions.

1.2 Scope

The present General Conditions regulate the visit / navigation and the purchase and sale operations carried out in the online store, between any natural person who uses it for a purely personal purpose, as a final consumer, with no intention of reselling the articles he buys there, and the OH, MONDAY! while responsible for marketing your products through this online store. The User undertakes to use this website in compliance with the provisions of the applicable legislation, refraining from using the page for activities contrary to the law, morals and good customs, or the rights and interests of third parties. Intellectual property of OH, MONDAY! Is considered, and as such, protected by the rules of Industrial Property Law, all brands, distinctive signs, images, texts, photographs and any other works / works reproduced or represented in the online store, being therefore, any reproduction or total or partial representation of the same website or any elements present on it is prohibited.

1.3 Modification of these Conditions

OH, MONDAY! reserves the right to modify the General Conditions freely and at any time, in order to adapt them to the applicable legislation, without the need for any prior notice. It also reserves the right to modify unilaterally and at any time, without prior notice, the presentation and content of the website on products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services. These changes will serve to improve the website, while improving the services offered to the User. Despite all the attention paid when preparing the contents of the website, the information, texts, graphic documents and / or other services may contain errors or be incomplete. In these situations, OH, MONDAY! cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the website, including damage caused by viruses or any inaccuracy or imperfection of the information.

1.4 Commercial Policy

The sale underlying each order placed by the Customer is made subject to ownership, so the products are the property of OH, MONDAY! until effective and full payment of the amount due.

1.5 Product Information

OH, MONDAY! takes into account information on the essential characteristics of products through technical descriptions shared by its suppliers, and photographs that illustrate the products sold. The images and photographs of the products, although trying to be as reliable as possible, are merely illustrative, so the Customer should consider the hypothesis of differences in color, shape / shape appearances, which may also be due to the monitor and the web browser used by that one. In this way, we recommend to the Customer the careful and detailed consultation of the product and its characteristics, in order to properly certify them at the time of purchase.

1.6 Pricing Information

The retail sales prices indicated in the online store are presented in euros (€), and are subject to the Value Added Tax (VAT) tax at the legal rate in force. Unless otherwise stated, the advertised prices already include VAT. The shipping service costs are for OH, MONDAY! from an amount equal to or greater than € 100 of purchases and delivery in Mainland Portugal and Islands. For purchases below this value or for deliveries in any other territory, shipping costs have the values shown below. In any purchase with an amount less than € 100 or with delivery to other territories, the shipping service costs are borne by the User / Buyer, and add to the total value of the selected products. The User will be informed of these charges before confirming his order and completing the purchase process. OH, MONDAY! reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, it undertakes to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of placing the purchase order. In the event of a computer, manual, technical or other error that causes a substantial change not foreseen by OH, MONDAY! in the retail price, the purchase order will be considered invalid and void. The price of the products is as stipulated on the OH, MONDAY! Website. Although every possible effort is made to ensure that the prices posted on the website are correct, errors may occur. If OH, MONDAY detects an error in a price, the Customer will be informed and given the option to confirm his order with the correct price or cancellation. If it is not possible to contact the Customer, OH, MONDAY! will consider the order as canceled and all amounts paid will be refunded in full. Shipping fees are calculated per order, the exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the country where your order will be delivered.

1.7 Purchase Process

To place a purchase order, it is necessary to access www.oh-monday.com and follow the steps described below.

1.8 Registration

As an initial step, the User / Buyer must register as a Customer on the website www.oh-monday.com, filling out the electronic form following the instructions for each step. After registration, the User will be able to purchase his product (s). It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that all necessary data is indicated correctly and completely, as only in this way OH, MONDAY! can guarantee the acceptance of the order and subsequent delivery.

1.9 Ordering

Throughout browsing the online store, the Customer will be able to view all available items and variants, being able to select those that best serve his purchase purpose. You must insert the ones you wish to purchase in the virtual shopping basket, and you can, whenever you want, exclude any of the items previously inserted there, without prejudice to the order of the other products. Once the selection process is finished, you should review your order and verify that it is in order and complete the process. You must then proceed with your payment, thus confirming the order. The satisfaction of all orders placed on the website is subject to product availability. OH, MONDAY! tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website are in stock. However, OH, MONDAY! reserves the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that no longer have stock. In case of product unavailability and / or out of stock, OH, MONDAY! it will immediately inform the Customer of the partial or total cancellation of his order, and the Customer is entitled, if applicable, to a refund of the respective amount paid.


2.1 Shipping

Shipping costs are billed to order and are borne by the customer. This amount will be added to the total cost of the order. For orders over € 100.00 and delivery in mainland Portugal and Islands, shipping is free. For purchases below this value or for delivery to other territories, shipping costs have an associated transport cost, which is informed at checkout. Orders sent to countries outside the European Union or with customs and tax policies different from most European Union countries, may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged in the country of destination (Import Fees). The recipient of an international transfer may be subject to Import Fees at the time the transfer arrives in your country and may have to incur additional customs clearance charges. OH, MONDAY! it does not control these charges nor is it able to make an estimate. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for more information. In cases where customs clearance procedures take place, there may be a delay in relation to the estimated shipping time.

2.2 Payment Methods

OH, MONDAY! website accepts the following payment methods:

The payment methods available are those presented on this website and no payment methods other than those mentioned will be accepted. The customer must pay only the exact amount specified in the confirmation of each order, and must do so using only the payment methods described above. Otherwise, if the Customer tries to use another form of payment not foreseen, OH, MONDAY! cannot be held responsible for the loss of payment or any other damages that may result from it.

2.3 Confirmation or Cancellation

After making his purchase, the Customer must make sure that he receives an automatic e-mail confirming the transaction that must be printed or saved for future reference. Your order will only be processed after confirmation of the respective payment. In case of non-payment or non-compliance or non-confirmation of these General Conditions, OH, MONDAY! reserves the right not to accept the customer’s order, or to cancel it, even after automatic confirmation of the same.

OH, MONDAY! reserves the right not to confirm and / or to deliver the products of the order placed by the Customer, regardless of the reason, and disclaims liability for any damages or costs, if:

• any unpredictable event or change in current circumstances arises that may affect production, transport and related costs, or that causes abnormal increases in raw material prices;

• if, for any reason, it is impossible to collect and receive the respective payment;

• if the ordered products are no longer available;

• if the order was placed with errors in the data essential for the delivery of the order;

• if the order is flagged by the website’s security systems as an incorrect, irregular and / or considered fraudulent order.

In either case, OH, MONDAY! will inform the Customer by e-mail about such situation of impossibility to confirm the sale and about the consequent cancellation of the order, returning the amount paid for the articles. No reservations are made. Failure to pay for the order within 24 hours implies its cancellation.

2.4 Delivery

Products ordered from the OH, MONDAY online store! will be shipped and delivered on weekdays, Monday through Friday.

During the purchase process, addresses for billing and delivery of the order will be requested. The good delivery of the order can only be guaranteed if these data are correct. The address referred to is the sole responsibility of the customer. A delivery is considered effected or a product is considered delivered with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the packaging and the products shipped in order to ascertain any damage. If it finds that the products are damaged, the customer must not accept delivery of the order, which must be returned immediately through the Return mechanism provided for at www.oh-monday.com. OH, MONDAY! proceed with the refund of the amounts paid for the order and shipping as soon as, at its headquarters, you receive and complete the return process.

The order is considered accepted if, after receiving the order, the Customer does not return the order within the next 14 (calendar) days.

2.5 Delivery Times

The estimated time for shipment of the order may vary depending on the carrier and the destination of the order.

OH, MONDAY! it only dispatches orders on weekdays. Thus, to estimate the delivery time of orders, weekends and public holidays are not counted. Any delay in the shipment of items, given the estimated dates shown, does not confer the right to compensation.

The maximum estimated shipping period is 3 days, except for festive or busy periods when this process may change. OH, MONDAY! notify the customer if this happens. After dispatch by OH, MONDAY !, the order must be delivered by the Carrier within the following estimated deadlines:

– Portugal (Continental): 1 to 2 working days

– Portugal (Islands): 3 to 5 working days

– European Union: up to 20 days

– Rest of the World: up to 30 days

The order will be sent to the recipient and address indicated. The address referred to is the sole responsibility of the customer.

2.6 Exchanges / Returns / Complaints

We value the total satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us by email hello@oh-monday.com within 14 days after receiving your order, indicating the order number or sending the invoice for purchase. You must indicate which part (s) you want to exchange or return.

Under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, the Customer has 14 days after receiving the order at the address chosen by the Customer, to return or exchange his / her (s) article (s) if you find that they have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the products ordered, or simply by giving up, without the need to expressly state the justifying reason.

If the Customer decides to exchange or return the purchased item (s), OH, MONDAY reserves the right not to accept them if they show signs of use, have been washed, have no label in the original conditions or in any way damaged by misuse.

The article (s) must be sent in its original packaging, with all the respective components present there, accompanied by the original invoice, to the following address:

The shipping costs associated with the exchange / return will be the responsibility of the customer. OH, MONDAY! assumes no responsibility in the event of loss or damage occurring when the returned product is sent.

Upon receipt of the item (s) you wish to exchange or return at our premises, we will proceed with its treatment within a maximum period of five working days. In case the return is confirmed, the amount will be returned to you through the same payment method.

Refunds are only made to the account / card that gave rise to the purchase.

In the case of a simple exchange of article, color or size, then, after checking the availability of this product, it is sent to the address you indicate in the exchange process. The customer is responsible for transportation and the costs inherent in sending the products returned for exchange.

2.7 Disclaimer of Liability

OH, MONDAY! is not responsible for the misuse of its articles, nor for the incorrect washing of them. We always suggest that you consult the WASHING / USE INSTRUCTIONS on the labels of the respective products.
